Sydney Institute of Language and Commerce, a college in Shanghai University

One of China’s most important economic capitals. SILC is located in the heart of the Jiading District, a cultural and technological centre in Shanghai. The school is close to the city center and allows easy travel thanks to the proximity of an excellent public transport network.

3 main campuses: Wembo, Wenshang and Wenda, as well as a very large sports complex provide optimal conditions for students. Modern and stylish equipment, study facilities accessible 24 hours a day, an 800 m² auditorium complete this system.

Co-founded by Shanghai University (SHU) and Sydney University of Technology (UTS) in 1994, SILC was one of the first universities with an international program. The university has 160 employees and professors and around 3,500 students.

You will follow the specific Summer School program: Mandarin course, business program, business English. You will be supported by a “mentor”, a SILC student who will accompany and guide you during your stay.
